General Election Information
Self-nominations for the 2026 to 2028 MSNA Board of Directors' Election will close August 15th at 11:59pm. The by-laws allow no less than three nor more than seven directors. Terms are for two years, and the number of terms is not limited. However, you must self-nominate every two years and meet eligibility requirements.

- The Nominee's name must appear on the PVA or a trust listing their name and the Masterson Station property address.
- The Nominee must be in good standing with the Association. Good standing means the property owner must not owe the Association any unpaid assessments, late fees, or DOR fines. Nominees must not have open DOR cases. if you are unsure about your standing, please email All Points Community Management using our drop down list on the "Contact Us" page. On the subject line please add “Request for Status of Standing with MSNA”. Please provide your home address so they can look you up. All Points is not provided with your self-nomination form or information provided on that form until the nomination period ends.
- After the election, directors must keep good attendance at board meetings, committee meetings, and annual association meetings. This is important so that quorum can be met and business conducted. This also helps the director to remain informed.
- Spouses or significant others cannot serve on the board at the same time.
