Committees

Committees provide our members with an opportunity to give back to the larger association.  The time commitment for each committee varies throughout the year.  If you are interested in getting involved as a volunteer, please contact us here with your name, address and preferred committee.  Our bylaws require the Nominating Committee to be comprised of two board members and at least three Association members. All other committees must be comprised of at least two board members. The various committees and members who serve on them are listed below:
 
DEEDS OF RESTRICTIONS (DOR) & POLICIES COMMITTEE - Oversee DOR enforcement methods, approval of fence/building applications, develop and review policies as directed.

FACILITIES & POOL COMMITTEE - Oversee facilities and property of the association, recommend repair/replacement methods, coordinate pool management and members.

Ready to vote? Check your email for a unique login to vote for the Bylaws amendments and the Board of Directors election. You can also place your vote for just the Bylaws amendments here.
 
Each lot is eligible to cast one response for the Bylaws amendments. You must be in good standing with the Association for your vote to be counted, meaning you are paid in full on all Association fees and have no open DOR violations.
