About the Masterson Station Clubhouse
The Masterson Station Clubhouse is located at 328 Masterson Station Drive, at the corner of Masterson Station Drive and Jacquelyn Lane.
The clubhouse is available for rent to MSNA members in good standing as well as non-residents.

Reservation Requirements
All clubhouse reservations must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance. For purposes of clubhouse reservations, MSNA business days are Monday through Thursday, excluding major holidays. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and dates cannot be held.

Rental Time Slots
- Morning: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Evening: 5:00pm – 11:00pm
- All Day: 10:00am - 11:00pm
All Day rentals are available only when both the Morning and Evening time slots are available.
All rentals must end by 11:00pm, except for approved New Year's Eve rentals.

How to Reserve the Clubhouse

2. Complete the Online Application
Complete and submit the 2026 Clubhouse Rental Application. Current rental rates, security deposit requirements, payment information, rental rules, and other terms are provided in the application.

3. Application Review & Payment
After your application has been reviewed, the Office Manager will email any required payment information. Checks may be brought to the Clubhouse Office, placed in the clubhouse mailbox, or mailed to:

4. Reservation Confirmation
Once all required payments have been received, you will receive confirmation within five (5) business days that your reservation has been added to the calendar.
