Clubhouse Rentals

The Clubhouse of Masterson Station

The neighborhood clubhouse is located at 328 Masterson Station Drive, at the corner of Masterson Station Drive & Jacquelyn Lane. Masterson Station Neighborhood Association took ownership in late 2006, and began managing both the clubhouse rentals and pool membership in 2007.
 
The clubhouse is available to rent by association member in good standing and residents of local neighborhoods.
 
Clubhouse rentals include the use of:

Clubhouse Rentals
 
Effective January 1, 2023, all clubhouse rental fees and security deposits must include KY sales tax. 
 
Association members in good standing and Fayette County residents are eligible to rent the clubhouse.

Rental Periods
 
There are two rental periods each day, 10am-4pm OR 5pm-11pm, either one or both periods are available when paid for in advance.
 
Security Deposits (Non-owners and Non-Residents ONLY)
 
Non-owners and Non-residents are required to pay the security deposit online using a credit card. No exceptions. Please select the appropriate deposit type to be redirected to a payment link.
 
Standard rental deposit
 
Deposit for alcohol related event
 
Credit card processing fees and sales tax apply.

Maximum capacity is 75 people.
 
Reservations for the clubhouse must be made at least 10 business days in advance.
 
Requests submitted less than 10 business days before the scheduled event will incur an administrative fee of $25 for residents and $35 for non-residents and require one of the following types of payment: credit card, cashier's check, or money order.
 
To reserve the clubhouse:
 
DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE 2024 CLUBHOUSE RENTAL APPLICATION.
 
VERIFY AVAILABILITY OF YOUR DATE ON THE CALENDAR.
 
DATES ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. WE DO NOT HOLD DATES. 
 
SUBMIT THE APPLICATION, PAYMENT, AND SECURITY DEPOSIT either in-person at the clubhouse office or place them into an envelope and drop into the secured mailbox at:

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH!
 
Dates cannot be booked until we have received your application, rental fee, AND security deposit. Once everything has been reviewed, someone will confirm with you if your application has been approved and your event is booked.
