About the Masterson Station Clubhouse

The Masterson Station Clubhouse is located at 328 Masterson Station Drive, at the corner of Masterson Station Drive and Jacquelyn Lane. The Masterson Station Neighborhood Association (MSNA) assumed ownership of the clubhouse in late 2006 and has managed both clubhouse rentals and pool memberships since 2007.

The clubhouse is available for rent to MSNA members in good standing as well as non-residents.

Mounted 65" television
Wi-Fi access
Microphone and speaker system
72 folding chairs
6 rectangular tables (8 ft)
8 round tables (60 in)
AED device (Automated External Defibrillator)

Clubhouse Rentals
Looking to host a party, meeting, or celebration? The Masterson Station Clubhouse is available for private rentals and offers two convenient time slots each day.

Please note: The clubhouse has a maximum occupancy of 75 people

Rental Time Slots
You may reserve one or both of the following rental periods:

Morning/Afternoon: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Evening: 5:00pm – 11:00pm

All rental periods must be paid for in advance. We suggest renting the clubhouse for the entire day if you have elaborate decor to give yourself adequate time for setup and cleanup.

Security Deposit Information

Homeowners/Residents: May pay the security deposit by check.
Non-Residents & Non-Owners: Must pay the deposit online by credit card. A secure payment link will be emailed to you by the Office Manager.

Deposit rates:

Standard Event: $318
Event with Alcohol: $530

Reservation Requirements
All clubhouse reservations must be made at least 14 business days in advance. Dates are first come, first served — we do not hold dates.

How to Reserve the Clubhouse
1. Download and complete the 2025 Clubhouse Rental Application
2. Check availability on the clubhouse rental calendar
3. Submit the following together:

Completed rental application
Rental fee payment
Security deposit

You may submit your documents in person at the Clubhouse Office, or place them in a sealed envelope and drop them into the secure mailbox at:

Once received, your application will be reviewed, and you will be contacted to confirm your reservation.
