The Clubhouse of Masterson Station

The neighborhood clubhouse is located at the corner of Masterson Station Drive & Jacquelyn Lane. Masterson Station Neighborhood Association took ownership in late 2006, and began managing both the clubhouse rentals and pool membership in 2007.

The clubhouse is available to rent by any association member or neighborhood resident in good standing.

Clubhouse rentals include the use of:

Refrigerator
Oven
Microwave
65" mounted TV
Cable
Integrated Sound System
WiFi
40 Folding Chairs
2 x 8ft Tables
4 x 6ft Tables

Clubhouse Rentals

The clubhouse is available to rent by any association member in good standing and residents of Fayette County.

The clubhouse can be reserved daily during two rental periods, 10am-4pm and 5pm-11pm, and has a max capacity of 100 people. To learn more about reserving the clubhouse for your event and the current rates, please review the Rental Application.

Reservations for the clubhouse must be made at least 14 days in advance.
