2020 Masterson Station Pool Update

The opening of the 2020 pool season for Masterson Station, scheduled for Saturday, May 23rd is being postponed due to ongoing coronavirus concerns. A Facilities and Pool Committee will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd at 7pm to review and recommend next steps as it relates to the 2020 pool season.

As we all experience challenging circumstances surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the association wanted to share with our residents how we are supporting the social distancing recommendations made by federal, state, and county authorities. These mandates could change as we learn more about the impact of COVID-19 on the Lexington and Central Kentucky area.

Effective January 1, 2020, the Board of Directors of the Masterson Station Neighborhood Association (MSNA) hired All Points Community Management (APCM) to handle all aspects of covenant compliance including assessment collections and Deeds of Restriction (DOR) enforcement for the Association.
You can pay your 2020 HOA dues online, by mail or in-person.
