Update on MSNA Clubhouse Rentals - January 2021 Update

The Masterson Station Clubhouse is open once again for regular rentals.
But due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns, there are several new updates that interested renters should be advised of:
Starting February 1, 2021 - The clubhouse will be available to be reserved daily during two rental periods, 10am-4pm OR 5pm-11pm.
The max capacity for rentals starting Feb. 1 will be 50 people, until further notice.
NEW REQUIREMENTS / RENTER MUST:
—Renter agrees to sign COVID-19 Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Form
—Renter agrees to have no more than 50 people on-site during rental; If renter does not comply, automatic deposit will be forfeited
—Renter must sign acknowledgement form that they received PPE materials provided by MSNA
NEW RECOMMENDATIONS FROM MSNA TO RENTER:
—Renter is encouraged to keep a list of all attendees with contact information
—Renter is encouraged to have guests practice safe, social distancing & wear masks/face coverings, when needed
ADDITIONAL MSNA Updates
—MSNA Clubhouse will not host more than one rental per day
—MSNA will provide various PPE material (face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and wipes) for each scheduled rental
—MSNA will continue to display safe, social distancing guidelines
