Your Masterson Station Neighborhood Board of Directors meets on the second Tuesday of each month inside the Masterson Station clubhouse at 7pm.
During these monthly meetings, the directors who are homeowners living within the neighborhood are responsible for the management of all aspects of the association.

The board's powers and duties normally include such items as (but not limited to):
  • Enforcing provisions of the declaration, articles, and bylaws for the ownership and management of the Association
  • Paying taxes and assessments that are, or could become, a lien on the common area
  • Contracting for insurance on behalf of the association
  • Contracting for goods or services for the common areas or for the association
  • Delegating powers to any committees, officers, or employees of the association as authorized by the governing documents
  • Preparing budgets and financial statements for the association
  • Formulating rules of operation for the common areas and facilities
As a homeowner, you are encouraged to attend one of the monthly board of director meetings. No RSVP is required.

Masterson Station Neighborhood also hosts quarterly Association meetings where the directors and committee chairs provide updates about neighborhood happenings, upcoming events and other relevant information pertinent to homeowners.
